Banks A and B will accept 8, 16, 32, or 64MB kits.
Bank C will NOT recognize 8 or 32MB kits.
There are three different types of system boards, upgrading system memory is identical, but video upgrades are different.

Type A System Boards use the system's memory as part of the video memory. (ie. if you have 16MB of system memory you can allocate 2MB maximum video memory, leaving you with 14MB of addressable system memory.)
Type B System Boards use the H-V3500/1 to upgrade to 2MB of video memory.
Type C System Board use the H-WRAM/2 to upgrade to 4MB of video memory. |
